THE HOUSE OF JESUS \u200b\u200b'

beating wings. In light flight. Lightweight, light, an angel from heaven descended on earth. He was looking for a place for the birth of Jesus A home for him.
The angel of the sky flew on a hill. Towards a castle. Beautiful, robust and large. But in the castle the captain shouted orders ferocious.
guards pounding feet on the march. Wielded swords, bows and spears. Were preparing for war.
- No - said the angel - This will not be the home of Jesus
The angel flew in the sky over the plains. Towards a high mill. It seemed like a nice place. But in the mill owner was screaming very strong orders. The workers were running all day and most of the night. The blades, gears and millstones turned and turned. Turned on and on. The flour filled eyes. The noise hurt my ears.
- No - said the angel - This will not be the home of Jesus
was the dark angel of the sky flew the city. Towards the inn. It was well lit and heated. The walls were strong. But the inn was a great clatter of plates, forks, of mugs. The people laughed, screamed, insulted. The host was running furiously around the room.
- No - said the angel - This will not be the home of Jesus
The subtle breeze of the morning went with the angel of the sky into the country. The dawn shone in the cave and a cave sounded the bells of the sheep.
played for the fresh grass of the meadows that nourished.
played for the clear water of the stream that quenches thirst.
played for the sun shone.
played for the straw that warming.
sounded for the air freshened.
played for the earth.
played for the sky.
played for the sea.
sounded for all the creatures of earth, sky and sea.
And the angel came down to play with them.
playing and wait. Wait
Jesus in his house.

Thanks Elisa ... simply! A chicken

Here are the contents of the package that you sent me Elisa for the Christmas swap proposed by Annamaria de " the pleasures of life. "
I knew I had to get these days but yesterday when the courier delivered it to me I felt like a child to a joyful surprise. I could not wait to get home to open it, I started to unwrap it well (.... climbing the stairs five floors there are many!), Under the gaze a little 'stunned tenant downstairs.
I wanted to thank Elisa for this breath of fresh air that Puglia has come to our house. He reminded us that we have two beautiful holiday years ago and during which we could appreciate the sea, the cuisine and the people of this beautiful region. Thank you also know why some of us have celiac sent us two dishes without gluten.
I also thank Anna for her efforts for this swap and for made this combination lollipop!

Ingredients (4-6 persons)

500 gr.
flour 1 cube of fresh yeast (25 gr.)
1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar

70 gr.
300 grams of lard. sausage

Remove from refrigerator one hour before the lard and divide into pieces: it must be at room temperature, but not liquid, so better not to use the microwave to heat it up.

In a glass of warm water Dissolve the yeast with the sugar.

Meanwhile mix together the flour, salt and lard, and when the yeast starts to bubble, add the rest. Knead well for at least 10-15 minutes. Let rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth for 3 hours.

remix again and divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out the first with a rolling pin, until it becomes thick, a little 'less of a finger. Break up the sausage and cover the dough with it pulled, with the exception of the edges. Roll out the second half of the dough and cover it with the sausage.

close to the edges. brush with some oil and possibly sprinkle with a little salt.
Let rise another hour and a half.

Prick the surface with a fork and bake at 190 degrees on parchment paper. In cooking, check every so often that the base is not burning, in which case, turn the other way. Normally cooked in 30-40 minutes.

The ideal is to eat freshly baked, otherwise you can still warm in the oven or microwave. It can be kept safely in the freezer for 15 days.
