omelet filled with potatoes with cheese and ham
Ingredients (serves 4):
6 eggs 100 gr. stracchino
150 gr.
60 grams of cooked ham. butter
Break the eggs in an earthenware, add salt and pepper to taste and stir briefly with a fork. Cut ham chunks.
Place in a pan 30 grams of butter and let it sizzle, then add half the dose of the egg mixture spreading over the entire surface of the pan and allow to brown the pancake for a few minutes, then put up half of it half of the ham and the soft cheese. Close
folding the omelette, cook for a while again and then keep the omelet warm. Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients. Divide each of the thus obtained omelette in half and serve.

How To Repair Gemmy Fan Motor
Tenerina chocolate cake with mayonnaise and celery, tomatoes
Ingredients:
3 eggs 200 gr. dark chocolate (75% cocoa)
6 tablespoons sugar (large)
200 gr.
butter 3 tablespoons flour scoops (large)
Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk in a bowl. In another bowl Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and butter together. When everything is melted, add the mixture to beaten egg yolks with sugar.
Fit again to mix well and then add the egg whites until stiff.
Mix and add to all the 3 tablespoons of flour and mix again. Pour into a cake pan greased and floured or covered with parchment paper.
Bake in oven pre heated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients (for 5-6 people)
4 tomatoes 2 stalks celery
mayonnaise sauce or salt
This recipe is very simple: chop (not too finely) the stalks of celery, mix in a bowl with mayonnaise (more or less equal parts) and add salt to taste.
Slice large tomatoes and cover with the mixture of mayonnaise and celery. Serve removing from refrigerator at least half an hour before.
