Ingredients: a piece of rump steak, 3 shallots, carrot, celery, a glass of red wine, sage, rosemary, bay leaves, salt, garlic and all that .... you go for flavor. I actually took me well just because I was afraid that the flavors are too strong or particular did not like the little children, and remains tasty.
In a saucepan, sauté the sliced \u200b\u200bshallots with a little 'olive oil. Put the meat and cook for several minutes. Sprinkle with red wine and when it is evaporated, add the other vegetables and herbs, cut into small pieces. Season with salt and let the heart 2 and half over low heat, adding a little water if necessary. Let raffredddare and slice it, put it back into the pot and let it warm over low heat for about ever half hour, so will absorb the dressing and will be softer and more tasty .... so I'm told. Serve hot with polenta or potatoes and a glass of red wine.
This recipe is for Stefania, who can not make polenta and does not like the meat (on the other side is Sicilian!) But has a great irony in dowry! By the way I have not heard news of a mother who kills the son of Palermo for bad grades at school ..... survived or have withdrawn from your intent??
