apple pie
Ingredients:
1 kg of apples (golden or rennet)
2 eggs 150 gr. sugar cane
50 gr.
180 grams of butter.
100 grams of flour. milk
a lemon breadcrumbs
1 packet of yeast 16 gr.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the lemon rind, milk, melted butter. Stir in the flour
and yeast.
Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut into cubes and incorporate them into the dough.
Pour into a buttered mold and sprinkled with bread crumbs.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
