Ingredients 1 tablespoon tamarind extract 1 tbsp

vinegar 4 tablespoons olive oil
a pinch of salt 1 pinch pepper


Dissolve salt in vinegar, add the tamarind and pepper.
Mix with oil and heat the sauce until cool.
