Safe To Eat Salami Casing Mold

Tortillas (Mexico)

Wikipedia

Ingredients 2 cups wheat flour 1

teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon olive oil
½ cup of hot water.

In a bowl sift together the flour, salt and yeast, stirring well. Combine the oil and continue stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Gradually add warm water until the dough becomes soft. Let stand for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 balls and roll each one on a floured surface, spread with your hands so as to obtain a circle about 18 cm in diameter with smooth edges. Bake in a hot frying pan, 1 minute on each side. The tortillas should be golden brown.
Warning: you must cook them otherwise they become very HARD!
